Jaw crusher is the most frequent replacement is thrust plate, namely elbow plate. If the rear thrust plate is to be removed, the connecting rod should be pulled apart with the forward thrust plate and the moving jaw, and the rear thrust plate should be removed.
After the thrust plate has been removed, cut off the thin oil lubrication pipe and cooling pipe, support it under the connecting rod, and then remove the connecting rod cover so that the connecting rod can be hung out.
The main shaft of the crusher shall be removed with the pulley and flywheel, and the motor (together with the belt) shall be moved as close as possible along the slide rail to the crusher, and the triangular belt shall be removed. Then lift the shaft with a crane.
In order to remove the moving jaw, the dry oil lubrication tubing must be cut off, the rod removed, the bearing cover removed, and the moving jaw pulled out with a crane or other lifting device.
