The inertia cone crusher can appropriately compact the material layer by applying a strict quantity of pressure caused by inertia force to the material layer , so that the material can bear all - directional extrusion and interaction between the material particles , so as to realize the material layer pulverization . Under the strong pulsating impact caused by inertial force, the material is subjected to the stress of extrusion, shear, bending and torsion in the crushing chamber.
